As part of the Parks and Recreation Department, the West Sacramento Recreation Center's mission is to keep the community healthy, active and connected. Visitors to the area can get a day pass for $12.
What do they provide? Stationary bikes, Kinesis experience, rock climbing, gymnasium, competition lap pool, water slides, cardio/strength, group exercise, tennis courts, recreation pool, childcare, basket ball, volleyball, , Zumba, pilates, yoga, water aerobics. Great and large facility.
If you are visiting West Sacramento and want to do some exercise, this is a great stop.
